How do I find a product?
Open All products and browse the categories, or search by product name. Open a product to see its photos, price and description.
Where can I check ingredients and product size?
Check the product details for ingredients, volume and usage information. If a detail is missing, send our support team the product link so we can help you check it.
Are all catalog products available to buy?
A catalog listing does not guarantee availability. Check the stock information and confirm availability with support before arranging a purchase.
How do I add a product to my basket?
Open a product and use its basket control. The basket icon in the header lets you review your selected items and adjust quantities.
Does adding an item to the basket place an order?
No. Adding an item to your basket does not confirm an order or reserve stock. Contact support to confirm availability and the next steps for purchasing.
Where can I confirm delivery, payment or returns?
Contact Yeppida with the product link and your delivery location before purchasing. Our support team can help confirm the applicable delivery, payment and return details.
How do I create a shopper or dealer account?
Select Create an account on the login page, enter your nickname, password and phone number, then choose Beauty shopper or Beauty dealer. Your nickname and password must each contain 3–12 characters.
Why does signup say my nickname or phone is already registered?
Each nickname and phone number can belong to only one account. Use the nickname of your existing account to log in, or use different registration details for a new account.
What if I cannot log in?
Check that you are using your registered nickname and the correct password. If the problem continues, contact support with the error message. Never send your password.
How can a dealer add a product?
Log in with a Beauty dealer account and open My Page → Add Product. Add product information and JPG, PNG or WebP photos, review the preview, then publish.
What are demo dealer profiles?
Profiles identified as demo dealers are catalog examples organized by brand. They are not official brand representatives. Their DEMO contact identifiers are not telephone numbers.
